Payment is due at the end of the cleaning. Cash, Check, and Venmo are accepted.

Standard housecleaning and Specialty cleaning are offered.

My hours are 10-5

Cleans are offered on a weekly, biweekly, monthly or one time cleaning as scheduling allows.

Standard clean - see worksheet - Mon - Fri $55-$65/hr,

Sat - Sun $55-$65/hr.

Specialty Clean - see worksheet - Mon - Fri $55-$65/hr & $25 per specialty item

Sat - Sun $55-$65/hr plus a $25 per specialty item.

Rates may change to keep up with inflation.

10% off standard clean with each successful referral.

Loading and unloading the dishwasher is available as a standard clean item.

Refrigerator Cleaning available on a case by case basis as a specialty item.

I am not available on the following holidays - Thanksgiving eve, Thanksgiving, Christmas eve, Christmas, New Years eve.

No party or move in/move out clean ups.

Use of Client’s Cleaning Products - I prefer to use my own products, but I will use client’s cleaning products on request. I am not responsible for any damages from using client requested products.

Wear and Tear - Wear and tear are to be expected when using client’s cleaning devices, such as vacuum cleaners. I am not responsible for normal wear and tear of such devices.

Receipts are available on request by email. An email address must be provided.

Bounced Check - any fees I incur as a result of a bounced check are added to the cost of the next clean and no further checks will be accepted.

Cancellations within 48 hrs will be charged the regular cleaning fee, cancellations within a week in advance will be charged half the regular cleaning fee, with the exception of illness or other emergency, in which case the clean will be rescheduled.

Inability to access the property will be treated as a same day cancellation.

Any issues with a clean must be brought to my attention with 24 hours of completion of the clean & will be addressed in a future clean.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. All sales are final.
